AIエージェントに聞くその保管庫はもう使い捨てだと考えてください。フレーズは変更もローテーションもできません。フレーズこそが、すべてを暗号化している鍵そのものだからです。ですから対処法は、新しい保管庫へ移ることです。まず、古いアカウントですべてを書き出します。設定 > 読み込みと書き出し > 書き出し >「PrivacyNotesバックアップ(.zip)」を選びます。
サインアウトし、新しい保管庫(新しい12単語)を作成して、書き出したものを設定 > 読み込みと書き出し > 復元 >「完全バックアップ(.zip)」から読み戻します。それから、まだサインインしているすべてのデバイスで古いアカウントを削除します。設定 > アカウント >「アカウントとデータを削除...」です。これにより同期されたデータが消え、古いフレーズを持つ人を締め出せます。Google、Apple、GitHubでサインインしていた場合は、先に古いアカウントを削除し、それからもう一度Google、Apple、GitHubでサインインして新しい保管庫を始めてください。
先に片づけることが2つあります。削除には解約が必要なので、有効なストレージアドオンは解約してください。またProは、新しい保管庫へ移らず、購入したアカウントに残ります。そのうえで、新しいフレーズはパスワードマネージャーに、そしてそこだけに保管してください。予防はそれで十分です。
