La mia frase di recupero è trapelata. Cosa faccio?

Considera la cassaforte come bruciata. Una frase non può essere cambiata né ruotata, perché la frase è la chiave sotto cui è cifrato tutto - quindi la soluzione è spostarsi in una cassaforte nuova. Per prima cosa, nel vecchio account, esporta tutto: Impostazioni > Import & Export > Esporta > "Backup di PrivacyNotes (.zip)".

Disconnettiti, crea una nuova cassaforte (12 parole nuove) e reimporta l'esportazione da Impostazioni > Import & Export > Ripristina > "Backup completo (.zip)". Poi elimina il vecchio account da qualsiasi dispositivo ancora connesso: Impostazioni > Account > "Elimina account e dati...". Questo rimuove i suoi dati sincronizzati e chiude fuori chiunque possieda la vecchia frase. Se hai effettuato l'accesso con Google, Apple o GitHub, elimina prima il vecchio account, poi accedi di nuovo con Google, Apple o GitHub per avviare la cassaforte nuova.

Due cose da sistemare prima: disdici un pacchetto di archiviazione attivo, perché l'eliminazione lo richiede, e tieni presente che Pro resta sull'account su cui è stato acquistato anziché passare alla nuova cassaforte. Poi tieni la frase nuova in un password manager e in nessun altro posto: la prevenzione è tutta qui.
