Google Keepのノートを書き出す

Google Keepのアプリ内には書き出しボタンがありません。公式の出口はGoogle Takeout(Googleデータエクスポート)です。所要時間は5分ほどで、PrivacyNotesはTakeoutのファイルを解凍不要でそのまま読み込めます。

Google Keepからノートを書き出す

  1. takeout.google.comにアクセスし、ノートを保存しているGoogleアカウントでログインします。
  2. 「選択をすべて解除」をクリックし、プロダクトの一覧をスクロールして「Keep」だけにチェックを入れます。
  3. 「次のステップ」をクリックし、既定のまま進めます(1回のみのエクスポート、.zipファイル)。
  4. 「エクスポートを作成」をクリックします。Googleがアーカイブを準備し、ダウンロードリンクをメールで送ってきます。Keepだけなら、通常は数時間ではなく数分で終わります。
  5. .zipをダウンロードします。中身はそのままで構いません。

引き継がれるもの

タイトル、本文、書式はそのまま届きます。KeepのチェックリストはネイティブのPrivacyNotesタスクリストに変換され、Keepのラベルはタグとして引き継がれます。

Takeoutの.zip全体を読み込み画面にドロップしてください。すでに解凍してしまった場合は、Takeout/Keepフォルダ内の.jsonノートファイル単体でも読み込めます。

PrivacyNotesへの読み込み

  1. PrivacyNotes を開き、設定 > 読み込みと書き出しに進みます。
  2. 読み込み元として Google Keep を選びます。
  3. 書き出したファイルをドラッグして入れるか、クリックして選びます。
  4. プレビューで何が読み込まれるかを確認してから、読み込みを開始します。
