Giriş yapmış bir cihazınız ve ifadeniz yoksa, bu anahtarı kimin tuttuğuna bağlıdır. Google, Apple veya GitHub ile kaydolurken anahtarı bizim saklamamıza izin verdiyseniz, o girişle oturum açın ve içeridesiniz. Kendi saklamada ise kimse yapamaz: ifadeniz sunucularımıza hiç ulaşmaz, yani sıfırlanacak bir şey ve yardımcı olabilecek bir destek talebi yok. Tam bir kayıptan sonra şifreli verinizi geri getirebilen her hizmet, anahtarlarınızı elinde tutuyordur.
Çözümü on saniye sürüyor: hesabınızı oluşturduğunuz gün ifadeyi bir parola yöneticisinde saklayın. İfade çoktan gittiyse ve bir depolama paketi ödüyorsanız, faturayı doğrudan Paddle keser ve paketi ifadeniz olmadan iptal edebilir: bkz. paketi değiştirme veya iptal etme.
