Se sei ancora connesso su un dispositivo qualsiasi: sì, puoi recuperarla da solo. Apri Impostazioni > Sicurezza > Frase e salvala subito nel tuo password manager.

Se non hai più né un dispositivo connesso né la frase, dipende da chi custodisce la chiave. Se ce l'hai affidata quando ti sei registrato con Google, Apple o GitHub, accedi con quell'account e sei di nuovo dentro. Con la custodia personale non può nessuno: la tua frase non raggiunge mai i nostri server, quindi non c'è nulla da reimpostare e nessun ticket di supporto che possa aiutare. Qualsiasi servizio capace di ripristinare i tuoi dati cifrati dopo una perdita totale sta custodendo le tue chiavi.

La prevenzione costa dieci secondi: salva la frase in un password manager il giorno in cui crei l'account. Se è già persa e paghi uno spazio aggiuntivo, Paddle ti fattura direttamente e può disdirlo senza la tua frase: vedi cambiare o disdire lo spazio aggiuntivo.
