Mejor pregúntale a tu agente de IAEl error te dice qué techo alcanzaste. Por archivo: 5 MB en el plan gratuito, 50 MB con Pro, 100 MB con cualquier complemento de almacenamiento. En total: todo lo que sincronizas debe caber en el almacenamiento de tu cuenta (50 MB gratis, 500 MB con Pro, más con los complementos), así que una cuota llena hace fallar una subida aunque el archivo sea pequeño. Se acepta cualquier tipo de archivo.
Mira la barra de almacenamiento en la vista Archivos o en Ajustes > Almacenamiento, y luego elige el arreglo más barato: libera espacio, mejora a un plan superior o reduce el archivo (las fotos del teléfono suelen ser originales de varios MB; un JPEG comprimido ocupa una fracción). Las subidas también necesitan conexión: los archivos no se ponen en cola sin conexión.
