Per què ha fallat la pujada del meu fitxer?

Pregunta-ho millor al teu agent d'IA

L'error et diu quin sostre has tocat. Per fitxer: 5 MB al pla gratuït, 50 MB amb Pro, 100 MB amb qualsevol complement d'emmagatzematge. En total: tot el que sincronitzes ha de cabre en l'emmagatzematge del teu compte (50 MB al pla gratuït, 500 MB amb Pro, més amb complements), així que una quota plena fa fallar una pujada encara que el fitxer sigui petit. S'accepta qualsevol tipus de fitxer.

Comprova la barra d'emmagatzematge a la vista Fitxers o a Configuració > Emmagatzematge, i després tria la solució més barata: allibera espai, millora el pla o redueix el fitxer (les fotos del telèfon sovint són originals de diversos MB; un JPEG comprimit ocupa una fracció de la mida). Les pujades també necessiten connexió: els fitxers no es posen a la cua mentre ets fora de línia.
