He pagat Pro però no està actiu. I ara què?

Pregunta-ho millor al teu agent d'IA

Dona-li un minut i després torna a carregar l'aplicació. Després del pagament, l'aplicació ho comprova durant uns 20 segons i es desbloqueja sola, i una recàrrega torna a comprovar l'estat de Pro en arrencar. Si el pagament ha entrat però l'activació va endarrerida, un avís diu «Hem rebut el pagament, però l'activació de Pro triga més de l'habitual» - aquest estat es resol sol en gairebé tots els casos. A les versions de botiga, una compra que no es valida es torna a intentar quan reinicies l'aplicació, i una compra que no s'arriba a activar mai la reemborsa automàticament la botiga en un termini de 3 dies.

Encara bloquejat? Gairebé sempre és un desajust de compte: Pro s'associa al compte que tenia la sessió iniciada en el moment de la compra, així que una frase diferent - o un inici de sessió amb Google, Apple o GitHub en lloc de la teva caixa forta amb frase - és un compte diferent. Compara l'ID del compte a Configuració > ID & Sync al dispositiu que el va comprar. Si de debò s'ha encallat, informa'n i inclou aquest ID del compte: identifica la compra i no revela res de les teves notes.
