Ho perso i codici 2FA. Come rientro?

Chiedi piuttosto al tuo agente IA

Aggiungi la chiave di backup 2FA a una qualsiasi app di autenticazione, poi inserisci il codice che mostra quando PrivacyNotes te lo chiede. La chiave di backup è quella che hai salvato quando hai attivato la 2FA, e funziona ogni volta che ti serve.

Se hai perso sia il telefono sia la chiave di backup, non reimpostiamo la 2FA e il nostro supporto non può aiutarti in questo. Le note già presenti sui tuoi dispositivi restano leggibili.

Per tenerle, vai in Impostazioni > Import & Export > Esporta su un dispositivo che le ha ancora. Poi crea una nuova cassaforte e importa lì l’esportazione.
