Pregunta-ho millor al teu agent d'IA

Afegeix la clau de còpia de seguretat de 2FA a qualsevol app d'autenticació i introdueix el codi que mostra quan PrivacyNotes te'l demani. La clau de còpia de seguretat és la que vas desar en activar el 2FA, i funciona cada cop que la necessitis.

Si has perdut el telèfon i la clau de còpia de seguretat, no restablim el 2FA, i el nostre suport no hi pot ajudar. Les notes que ja tens als dispositius continuen llegibles.

Per conservar-les, ves a Configuració > Import & Export > Exporta en un dispositiu que encara les tingui. Després crea una caixa forta nova i importa-hi l'exportació.
