Perdi meus códigos 2FA. Como volto a entrar?

Adicione sua chave de backup 2FA a qualquer app autenticador e digite o código que ele mostra quando o PrivacyNotes pedir. A chave de backup é aquela que você salvou quando ativou o 2FA, e ela funciona sempre que você precisar.

Se você perdeu o celular e a chave de backup, nós não redefinimos o 2FA, e nosso suporte não pode ajudar com isso. As notas que já estão nos seus dispositivos continuam legíveis.

Para mantê-las, vá em Configurações > Import & Export > Exportar em um dispositivo que ainda tenha as notas. Depois crie um novo cofre e importe a exportação nele.
