匯出你的 Notesnook 筆記

Notesnook 可以把整個帳號寫成一個裝滿檔案的資料夾。選擇 HTML 匯出就什麼都不會落下：格式、筆記本、標籤、附件，以及筆記之間的連結，全都撐得過這次搬家。

Notesnook 設定中的 Backup & export 頁面，「Export as」下拉選單已展開並選取 HTML。

匯出筆記

  1. 開啟 Notesnook，前往 Settings > Backup & export（設定 > 備份與匯出）。
  2. 找到「Export all notes」（匯出所有筆記），展開「Export as」（匯出為）下拉選單。
  3. 選 HTML。這一步很關鍵：這是 Notesnook 唯一不會先剝掉格式再寫出的格式。
  4. Notesnook 會存出單一 .zip，內含每篇筆記各一個檔案，外加一個附件資料夾。那個 zip 就是你的匯入檔。

選 HTML，不要選 Markdown

Notesnook 的匯出下拉選單提供 Text、Markdown、Markdown + Frontmatter 和 HTML。只有 HTML 能保留一切。

兩個 Markdown 選項都會先把筆記壓平再寫出：底線、字體大小與文字對齊在檔案到我們手上之前就沒了。純 Markdown 選項還不會寫入標籤與原始日期，所以每篇匯入的筆記都會沒有標籤，而且蓋上今天的日期。這兩種我們仍然接受，也會告訴你少了什麼，但要選就選 HTML。

Text 匯出沒有可解讀的結構，不予接受。

哪些內容會跟著過來

你的筆記本會重建為真正的資料夾，而不是壓平成標籤，並保留在 Notesnook 中的巢狀深度。位於 Work > Projects 的筆記會進到 Work > Projects 資料夾。

釘選與最愛的筆記仍會保留標記。Notesnook 把 Pin 和 Favorite 當成兩個獨立屬性；PrivacyNotes 只有單一的釘選清單，所以只要是其中之一的筆記都會進到那裡。

螢光標示、數學公式與文字對齊都會原樣過來：標示過的文字保持螢光標示，公式會重新以數學呈現，置中或靠右對齊的區塊也保留原本的對齊。自訂字型、字體大小與文字顏色在這裡沒有對應的功能，所以那些樣式會被捨棄，文字本身則保留下來。

備份檔不是匯出檔

Notesnook 也能存出以 .nnbackupz 結尾的備份檔。那是另一回事：它用 Notesnook 自家的加密格式保存每個附件，只有 Notesnook 拆得開。把它丟進來，我們會直接說明，而不是硬匯入一半。請改用「Export all notes」匯出成 HTML。

匯入 PrivacyNotes

  1. 開啟 PrivacyNotes，前往設定 > 匯入與匯出。
  2. 選 Notesnook 當來源。
  3. 把剛剛匯出的檔案拖進來，或點一下選檔。
  4. 看一下預覽會匯入什麼，再開始匯入。
