匯出你的 Nextcloud Notes 筆記
Nextcloud Notes 不需要匯出這個步驟：每則筆記本來就是你自己伺服器上某個資料夾裡的單純檔案，而 Nextcloud 會把整個資料夾包成 .zip 給你。它用的兩種副檔名這裡都讀得懂，所以事前不用轉換什麼。
下載 Notes 資料夾
- 用瀏覽器打開你 Nextcloud 上的「檔案」。
- 找到 Notes 資料夾。除非管理員改過名字，否則它就叫 Notes。
- 打開資料夾上的「...」選單，選「下載」。Nextcloud 會把整個資料夾打包成 .zip。
- 把 .zip 拖進匯入。
會跟著過來的東西
分類是以子資料夾的形式儲存的，所以會變成真正的資料夾過來。筆記的日期取自檔案本身，而不是匯入的當下。標題、表格、待辦清單、程式碼區塊、註腳和數學式都會保留，裸的網址會變成可點的連結。
有件事要留意：這裡匯入的是副本。你的 Nextcloud 不會被刪掉任何東西，也不會有任何內容同步回去，所以在你滿意這裡的結果之前，把伺服器留著當封存。
兩種副檔名都可以
Notes 預設寫 .txt，等你或你的管理員改了設定才寫 .md。這裡兩種都讀，.markdown、.mdown 和 .mkd 也讀，所以匯出前你不必改任何檔名，也不必動伺服器。
匯入 PrivacyNotes
- 開啟 PrivacyNotes，前往設定 > Import & Export。
- 選 Nextcloud Notes 當來源。
- 把剛剛匯出的檔案拖進來，或點一下選檔。
- 看一下預覽會匯入什麼，再開始匯入。
