匯出你的 Zettlr 筆記

Zettlr 直接在一個裝著 .md 檔的資料夾上工作，所以你手上的工作區就是匯出檔。壓成 zip 拖進來即可。

把工作區壓成 zip

  1. 在 Zettlr 檔案樹最上面的工作區按右鍵，選「在 Finder 中顯示」，Windows 上則是「在檔案總管中顯示」。
  2. 在那裡對資料夾按右鍵並壓縮。
  3. 把 .zip 拖進匯入。

Zettelkasten 連結留得住文字，留不住目標

Zettlr 用 ID 連結筆記，所以一條連結長得像 [[20260823120000]]。我們會原封不動保留 note-link 的寫法，也就是說，ID 連結只有在真的有一則筆記以那個 ID 當標題時才連得上。用檔名寫的連結則正常運作，如果你很依賴這些連結，匯出前先把內部連結格式改成檔名。

像 [@doe2026] 這種引用鍵，對我們來說就是文字。它們會原樣過來，但不再可點。

會跟著過來的東西

工作區的子資料夾會變成真正的資料夾，不管巢狀多深，筆記連到的圖片和檔案也會一起過來。標題、表格、待辦清單、程式碼區塊、註腳、數學式和螢光標記全都保留。標籤會從 YAML frontmatter 讀，也會從內文中寫的 #主題標籤讀，所以靠主題標籤搭起來的 Zettelkasten 也能保住原本的分類。

匯入 PrivacyNotes

  1. 開啟 PrivacyNotes，前往設定 > Import & Export。
  2. 選 Zettlr 當來源。
  3. 把剛剛匯出的檔案拖進來，或點一下選檔。
  4. 看一下預覽會匯入什麼，再開始匯入。
