Els meus seguiments i medicaments són a la còpia de seguretat?

Les entrades del diari hi són, amb tots els valors que hi has registrat, i també els teus factors i les teves preguntes d'hàbits pròpies. La llista de medicaments i les definicions dels teus seguiments personalitzats no són al .zip ni a les còpies xifrades: pertanyen a la configuració del teu compte, que se sincronitza amb tots els dispositius on inicies la sessió.

Per conservar-los també en un fitxer, fes servir Baixa el JSON a Configuració > Import & Export > Seguiments, que conté cada medicament amb l'horari, les reposicions i l'historial de dosis, i cada seguiment personalitzat. Una còpia restaurada en una caixa forta nova recupera les teves entrades, però les dosis i els valors personalitzats que hi ha dins s'hi queden amagats, perquè els medicaments i els seguiments als quals pertanyen no són a la còpia.
