Quina diferència hi ha entre les baixades de seguiments en JSON i en CSV?

Les dues són gratuïtes, són a Configuració > Import & Export > Seguiments i cobreixen l'interval que triïs. Baixa el CSV dona una fila per dia i una columna per seguiment, a punt per a un full de càlcul; un medicament ocupa una columna amb l'estat del dia: pres, omès o oblidat.

Baixa el JSON porta cada valor de seguiment amb la data i la definició, per a una altra app o per a la teva pròpia anàlisi. És el registre complet: l'horari de cada medicament i els seus canvis, les seves reposicions, i cada dosi amb l'hora i el motiu d'omissió. Els dos fitxers es fan al teu dispositiu.
