I miei tracker e i miei farmaci sono nel backup?

Le tue pagine di diario sì, con ogni valore che hai registrato, e lo stesso vale per i tuoi fattori e per le tue domande sulle abitudini. L'elenco dei farmaci e le definizioni dei tuoi tracker personalizzati non sono nel .zip né nei backup cifrati: appartengono alle impostazioni del tuo account, che si sincronizzano su ogni dispositivo in cui accedi.

Per conservarli anche in un file, usa Scarica JSON in Impostazioni > Import & Export > Tracker, che contiene ogni farmaco con il suo programma, i rifornimenti e la cronologia delle dosi, e ogni tracker personalizzato. Un backup ripristinato in una nuova cassaforte riporta le tue pagine, ma le dosi e i valori personalizzati al loro interno restano nascosti, perché i farmaci e i tracker a cui appartengono non sono nel backup.
