Sind meine Notizen im Backup meines Android-Handys?

Nein. Die Android-App hält ihre Daten aus dem Cloud-Backup des Handys heraus, es landet also nichts davon in Google Drive. Der Grund ist der Schlüssel, nicht die Notizen: Wo du Diesem Gerät vertrauen gewählt hast, liegen deine 12 Wörter auf diesem Gerät, damit du angemeldet bleibst, und ein Cloud-Backup ist kein Ort für den Schlüssel zu einem Ende-zu-Ende-verschlüsselten Konto.

Ein neues Handy startet deshalb leer: App installieren, mit deinen 12 Wörtern anmelden, und alles Synchronisierte kommt an. Was nie synchronisiert wurde, liegt nur auf dem alten Handy, prüfe also zuerst, ob die Fußzeile "Synced" sagt, oder nimm ein "PrivacyNotes-Backup (.zip)" aus Einstellungen > Import & Export > Export mit (welches Backup du machst).

Eine direkte Übertragung von Handy zu Handy bei der Einrichtung ist etwas anderes: Manche Handys übertragen dabei App-Daten, und Android gibt einer App keine verlässliche Möglichkeit, das abzulehnen. Diese Kopie verlässt deine beiden Geräte nie, lösche das alte Handy danach also vollständig.
