Le mie note sono incluse nel backup del mio telefono Android?

No. L'app Android tiene i suoi dati fuori dal backup nel cloud del telefono, quindi non ne arriva nulla su Google Drive. Il motivo è la chiave, non le note: dove hai scelto Considera attendibile questo dispositivo, le tue 12 parole restano su quel dispositivo per tenerti connesso, e un backup nel cloud non è il posto della chiave di un account cifrato end-to-end.

Un telefono nuovo parte quindi vuoto: installa l'app, accedi con le tue 12 parole e arriva tutto quello che si era sincronizzato. Quello che non si è mai sincronizzato vive solo sul telefono vecchio, quindi controlla prima che il piè di pagina dica "Synced", oppure portati un "Backup di PrivacyNotes (.zip)" da Impostazioni > Import & Export > Esporta (quale backup fare).

Un trasferimento diretto da telefono a telefono in fase di configurazione è un'altra cosa: alcuni telefoni spostano lì i dati delle app, e Android non dà a un'app alcun modo affidabile di rifiutarlo. Quella copia non lascia mai i tuoi due dispositivi, quindi cancella del tutto il telefono vecchio dopo.
