Com canvio o cancel·lo el meu complement d'emmagatzematge?

Pregunta-ho millor al teu agent d'IA

Configuració > Emmagatzematge és el tauler de control. Canviar a un paquet més gran s'aplica immediatament, i la confirmació mostra l'import prorratejat exacte que es cobra avui abans no ho confirmis; la data de renovació no es mou. «Cancel·la l'emmagatzematge» et manté l'espai addicional fins al final del període que ja has pagat. Per passar a un paquet més petit, cancel·la l'actual i compra el petit quan s'acabi el període.

Si les teves dades encara caben en el límit restant després del venciment, s'ha acabat; si no, no s'esborra res i comença el cicle de 90 dies per excés de quota. Una renovació fallida mostra un avís amb un enllaç «Actualitza la targeta» per arreglar el pagament a Paddle.

Cancel·lar des de fora de l'aplicació també funciona, i és la resposta quan no pots iniciar la sessió. Paddle és el nostre comerciant registrat i et factura directament: fes servir l'enllaç «Gestiona la subscripció» del correu del rebut, o el xat d'assistència a paddle.net. Amb una versió de botiga la idea és la mateixa, així que cancel·la allà, a la configuració de subscripcions de la botiga.
