Posso ingrandire o rimpicciolire tutta l'app desktop?

Sì, nelle app desktop per Mac, Windows e Linux. Premi Cmd e il tasto più su Mac, oppure Ctrl e il tasto più su Windows e Linux, per ingrandire tutta la finestra. Il tasto meno la rimpicciolisce, e 0 la riporta alla normalità. Lo stesso controllo è Dimensione dell'app in Impostazioni > Aspetto, con livelli dall'80% al 200%.

La dimensione dell'app ridimensiona tutto insieme: la barra laterale, l'elenco, i menu e il tuo testo. Per cambiare solo la tua scrittura, usa Dimensione del testo in Impostazioni > Editor. La dimensione dell'app vale per il dispositivo su cui la imposti. In un browser, lo zoom del browser fa lo stesso lavoro.
