Come funzionano le domande sulle abitudini?

Abitudini è un tracker integrato di domande con risposta sì o no, come "Hai meditato?", divise in abitudini da costruire e abitudini da tenere d'occhio. Ogni giorno Abitudini ti pone le domande che hai attivato e conta a quante hai risposto sì. Scegli le domande in Impostazioni > Tracker > Generale, sotto "Domande sulle abitudini". Scegliere tra le domande integrate è gratuito.

Con Pro puoi aggiungere fino a 30 domande tue nello stesso posto. Scrivi la domanda, dalle un nome breve per il chip e per i grafici, segnala se è un'abitudine da costruire o da tenere d'occhio e tocca Aggiungi abitudine. Le tue domande stanno accanto a quelle integrate in Abitudini e nelle statistiche.
