Posso svuotare, ordinare o riordinare un elenco di attività?
Chiedi piuttosto al tuo agente IASì. Il menu "..." della nota ha Deseleziona tutti gli elementi per riutilizzare un elenco, Elimina elementi spuntati per togliere quelli fatti e Ordina elementi per stato per spostare gli elementi spuntati sotto gli altri. Ognuno compare solo quando cambierebbe qualcosa. Elimina chiede prima conferma, mentre Ordina e Deseleziona si annullano con Cmd+Z o Ctrl+Z. In fondo alla nota trovi il conteggio dei progressi, per esempio "3 di 6 spuntati".
Per riordinare a mano, trascina la maniglia alla fine di un elemento. Gli elementi annidati si spostano con lui, ed Esc annulla il trascinamento. La maniglia compare al passaggio del mouse su un computer e resta appena visibile su uno schermo touch. Per impostazione predefinita, un elemento spuntato scende sotto quelli non spuntati del suo elenco; puoi disattivarlo con Sposta in basso gli elementi spuntati in Impostazioni > Elenchi. È tutto gratuito.
