연락처 내보내기

모든 휴대폰과 주소록은 연락처를 .vcf 파일 하나로 내보낼 수 있고, PrivacyNotes는 그 파일을 사진까지 포함해 바로 읽어요.

AI 에이전트에게 물어보기

iPhone에서 내보내기

  1. Contacts 앱을 열고 왼쪽 위의 "Lists"를 탭하세요.
  2. "All Contacts"를 길게 누른 다음 "Export"를 선택하세요.
  3. .vcf를 파일 앱에 저장하거나, 가져올 기기로 AirDrop하세요.

Mac이나 iCloud에서 내보내기

  1. Contacts 앱에서 "All Contacts"를 선택하고 Command-A를 누르세요.
  2. File > Export > Export vCard를 선택하세요.
  3. icloud.com/contacts에서는 모두 선택한 다음 "..." 메뉴를 열고 "Export vCard"를 선택하세요.

Android나 Google Contacts에서 내보내기

  1. Google Contacts 앱에서 "Fix & manage" > "Export to file"을 탭하세요.
  2. contacts.google.com에서는 "Export"를 선택한 다음 "vCard (for iOS Contacts)"를 고르세요.
  3. Samsung 휴대폰에서는 Contacts > Manage contacts > Import or export contacts > Export를 여세요.

CSV 말고 vCard를 고르세요

Google은 vCard 옆에 CSV 형식 두 가지도 제공해요. 가져오기 도구는 .vcf 파일만 읽기 때문에 CSV는 파일 선택 창에 나타나지 않아요. 다시 내보내면서 vCard를 고르세요.

함께 옮겨지는 것

파일에 든 모든 카드가 옮겨져요. 이름, 전화번호, 이메일 주소, 우편 주소, 생일과 그 밖의 날짜, 웹사이트, 소셜 프로필, 메모까지요. 직접 입력한 라벨은 입력한 그대로 남아서, "엄마 회사 번호"는 "엄마 회사 번호" 그대로예요.

파일 안에 든 사진은 함께 옮겨져요. 웹 링크로만 된 사진은 링크로 남고, 아무것도 다운로드하지 않아요. 사진이 저장 공간에 들어가지 않으면 연락처는 그대로 가져오고 사진만 빠져요.

같은 파일을 언제든 다시 가져오세요

두 번째 가져오기에서는 이미 있는 사람을 건너뛰어요. 카드마다 먼저 ID로, 그다음 이름과 공통 전화번호로, 그다음 공통 이메일 주소로 맞춰 봐요. 이미 저장한 연락처는 바뀌지 않으니, 여기서 고친 내용도 안전하게 남아요.

PrivacyNotes로 가져오기

  1. PrivacyNotes를 열고 설정 > 가져오기/내보내기로 가요.
  2. 가져올 원본으로 연락처(vCard)를 선택해요.
  3. 방금 내보낸 파일을 끌어다 놓거나 눌러서 찾아요.
  4. 미리보기에 무엇이 들어오는지 확인한 뒤 가져오기를 시작해요.
