Com gestiona PrivacyNotes el RGPD i els meus drets sobre les dades?

Pregunta-ho millor al teu agent d'IA

Sobretot, guardant tan poca cosa com sigui possible. Registra't amb una frase i no hi ha cap nom, cap correu ni cap identitat arxivats que es puguin sol·licitar: les teves dades són text xifrat sota una clau pública aleatòria, allotjat a Zuric, Suïssa. Inicia la sessió amb Google, Apple o GitHub i existeix exactament un identificador - el correu que hi ha darrere d'aquell inici de sessió, vinculat a aquella clau. Les dades de facturació de Pro són a Paddle, el venedor oficial (merchant of record), i no pas amb nosaltres.

Cada dret és immediat i el pots exercir tu mateix, sense cap formulari de sol·licitud: l'accés i la portabilitat són a Configuració > Import & Export (exportació completa en formats oberts), la supressió és a Configuració > Compte > «Suprimeix el compte i les dades...» sense cap finestra de retenció, i la rectificació és editar les teves notes. La versió formal, incloent-hi com contactar-nos per a qualsevol cosa que l'aplicació no pugui fer per si mateixa, és a la política de privadesa.
