Dove salva le mie note sul disco l'app?

In una cartella per installazione, nell'area dati delle app del tuo account. Dove si trova dipende dalla piattaforma:

  • macOS: ~/Library/WebKit/app.privacynotes/WebsiteData/
  • Windows: %LOCALAPPDATA%\app.privacynotes
  • Linux: ~/.local/share/app.privacynotes, oppure app.privacynotes.appimage per l'AppImage, che porta con sé il proprio motore web e quindi mantiene un profilo separato
  • Android, iOS: la memoria privata dell'app, che nessun'altra app può aprire
  • Browser: il profilo del tuo browser, sotto use.privacynotes.app

Quello che c'è dentro sono dati cifrati. Ogni nota è un blocco sigillato che contiene titolo, testo e tag, aperto da una chiave derivata dalla tua frase di recupero allo sblocco. In chiaro resta solo ciò che serve all'indice locale: id, date e contrassegni come preferita o eliminata.

Per spostare le note su un altro dispositivo, o per tenerne una copia, usa Impostazioni > Import & Export > Esporta e scegli "Backup completo cifrato (.pnbackupz)". Contiene tutto, è cifrato con la chiave della tua frase e si ripristina con la tua frase su qualsiasi dispositivo. Altro sui backup.
