# How does the tracker AI prompt work, and what does it send?

It sends nothing. **Show & copy AI prompt** in Settings > Import & Export > Trackers writes a summary of your trackers for the range you pick, shows it on screen and copies it to your clipboard. You paste it into the chatbot of your choice yourself. It is part of Pro.

The prompt holds your averages, your mood day by day, medication adherence and dose changes, the patterns the app found, and instructions for the chatbot: lead with the findings that matter most, keep the data apart from guesses, suggest small changes to try, and point out what is worth bringing to a doctor without diagnosing. Read it before you paste it, and remove anything you would rather keep to yourself.
