# How do I add a medication with its dose and times?

Open Settings > Trackers > Medication and fill in the new medication form: a name, a strength such as 50 mg, a form (tablet, capsule, liquid, injection, inhaler, patch, drops or other) and an optional color. The form sets the medication's icon and the unit of each dose. Choose **On a schedule**, then how often: every day, chosen days of the week, or every few days.

Under "Times and amount", give each dose a time and an amount; **Add a time** adds more, up to 6 doses a day. Set a start day and an optional end day, then tap **Save**. Each dose appears as its own row in the Meds pill on every day it is due, and **Change these medications** in the pill brings you back here. Medication tracking is free.
